PT Trimegah Bangun Persada TBK (NCKL) Nickel Factory plans to expand and build stainless steel or stainless steel factories. This is directly expressed by Roy Arman Arman Arfandy, the chief director of NCKL.

Roy said on June 28 that the factory's investment was worth more than $ 1 billion or 15 trillion shields (calculated at the 15,000 shield yield). It is expected to complete the negotiation with investors before the end of the year, and the factory can be completed in 2024.

NCKL will develop downstream products from rotten to nickel iron to nickel iron to stainless steel. He said he was negotiating with investors and large enterprises in the industry, hoping to announce the news before the end of this year.

According to the plan, production capacity is expected to reach 2-3 million tons per year. But according to Roy, potential investors are not from China.

In addition, PT Halmahera Persada Lygend (PT HPL), a subsidiary of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (NCKL), was exported to nickel sulfate overseas for the first time in June this year. It is currently seeking opportunities to produce countries exported by batteries such as Japan and South Korea.

Roy also revealed the expansion plan in the future. He said Harita Nickel currently has four mining franchise. Two mines that have been excavated and explorated are used to supply ore, including lighter iron ore and dirt.

The other two mines on OBI Island have not yet been explained. Due to the increasing demand, these two mines will be explorated in 2024 to increase the company's nickel reserves.
